“So I love when my house is clean, but I’m not gonna lie I am not one of those people who enjoys cleaning,” she said in a TikTok post.
“Today, I thought I’d share some of my favorite lazy girl cleaning tools.”
Vanderbeek explained that her least favorite chore is cleaning the bathtub, but she constantly has to because she loves taking baths.
To keep everything tidy without wasting tons of time, the savvy lady said she invested in an electric scrubber.
“I love this thing. You can also use it on floors and windows,” she said in the 40-second clip.
The scrubber is super long, making it a great option for cleaning those hard-to-reach spots in your bathroom.
Next, Vanderbeek said that she loves having a mini cordless vacuum around.
She said it’s really helpful with sucking up small debris like dead flower petals that can fall in difficult spots.
Her final product selection was a steamer mop which she said can easily spruce up your floors.
“I love my steamer mop for when I don’t wanna do a full clean, but I just wanna refresh my space,” she said.
“I add essential oils to the tank and it smells amazing.”
TikTok users were obsessed with her tips and said they immediately rushed to Amazon to order their own electric scrubber.
Vanderbeek shared all of these items as a part of her unnecessary necessities series, which highlights items that you don’t technically need but make life better.
The luxury goods guru previously reviewed a bunch of bath towels in order to find the perfect set.
During her hunt for the perfect bath towel, Vanderbeek said that she tried about five different sets and washed them before making her final decision.
“But I found the winner,” Vanderbeek said in the video, which has over two and a half million views.
After extensive research, she chose the oversized Gilden Tree bath sheets as her “unnecessarily necessary” towels.
A set of two is a sizeable $88 dollars on Amazon. The bath sheets are over seven feet long.
“They’re absolutely massive, and the waffle knit fabric is super absorbent and soft,” Vanderbeek said.
TikTok viewers discussed in the comments whether lux towels are worth the extra dough.
“Wait this is so relevant and absolutely necessary,” one person said.
Another person commented: “Honestly bath sheets are where it’s at. Like why have a towel when I could cacoon (sic) myself like a burrito.”
“These are the reviews we need!” another person added.
“Tried and true! Instead of ppl just out here posting amazon pics.”
Other people couldn’t quite get past the price point and even searched for knock-offs.
“$86 for two???? we in different tax brackets,” a user commented.
